How do I start
the Blinging process? |

Getting your accessory
Ting-Blinged is simple – it only takes a few easy steps:
Step 1. After
contacting Ting Bling via website or phone, bring your phone to a Ting Bling retailer. Once there, a $100 deposit will be needed to
secure your place in line. (You may also make your deposit on-line,
if you’d like to secure your spot expeditiously. This ensures that
no one sneaks in line ahead of you in the meantime) At this point,
you may discuss your design vision and pick out your embellishments.
Step 2. Leave
your accessory in the safe hands of the Ting Bling retailer and in
48 hours your phone will be the talk of the town!
Step 3.
Return to the Ting Bling retailer in 48 hours to pick up your
blinged-out accessory. At that time, payment in full will be
required. After that, go strut your stuff with your shiny new
showstopper!

How do I know that you won’t be calling Korea, Zimbabwe and
anywhere else on my phone once I leave it with you? |

We are a
professional business and pride ourselves in treating our
customers’ possessions with extreme care and respect.
Your electronic device will never be used for any purpose
other than for us to artfully design your new Ting Bling. We encourage you to
remove your SIM card before you leave your phone with us, just for
your peace of mind. |

What happens if I lose a crystal or two after my phone has been
Ting-Blinged? |
|
A. |
We use an extremely strong
welder’s-grade adhesive on our Ting Bling projects,
ensuring a beautiful and durable product. However, it is possible
for a couple of wayward crystals to jump ship on occasion. In this
instance, we are always happy to accommodate our customers – we take
great pride in our work and we want you to be happy with your Ting Bling as well! That is why we offer a complimentary quick fix
program with the purchase of each Ting Bling service. This
entails extending to you two quick fixes for the period of six
months. Be
advised that this applies only to unpreventable crystal
disappearances. For example, if you happen to glance at your phone
and realize that a crystal or two are missing, just bring your phone
to a Ting Bling retailer and we can arrange to have replacements put
on. (Please note that due to the number of orders at any given time,
you may need to give us a few days to complete the repair).
However, if you drop your phone we are not responsible for
any damage that you may inflict upon your Ting Bling design. This also
applies to leaving your phone in extreme temperatures – once again,
we are not responsible in that case. |

Do I get
to choose my colors and design?
|

Yes! At the time that you leave
your accessory with us (or during your consultation), you may choose from our inventory of
charms and crystals to create a color and design scheme that
reflects you! Unlike other companies, we don't limit you
to color palettes consisting of only 3 or 4 choices. We want
you to be able to choose the colors that you want!
Keep in mind, that the more open
you are to different color and creativity possibilities, the
cooler your phone will look (we don’t want you to have the
same boring pink and white phone that everyone else got last
year). Limiting your design won’t maximize just what we
can do! Most of our customers prefer an “over-the-top”
eye-catching design, and many opt for us to create something
surprisingly spectacular for them, only giving us a few
parameters to work in. If you trust us, we can design a
piece straight out of a dream for you! |

What if
I ever want to change my Ting Bling design?

Variety is the spice of life! As
a returning Ting Bling customer, we offer a
20%
discount on any revamp you might want on your accessory. This is a
great special to take advantage of, especially since we are
continually obtaining new and different embellishments in our
inventory. We can magically give your accessory a whole new look
for an even better price! If you acquire a new wireless
device, we also extend a 15% courtesy discount as a thank you for
your continued patronage.

experienced in the arts and in crystal work. She has been an
artist working in the mosaic medium for four years, and in the past
year and 1/2 has added crystal embellishing to her repertoire of skills. Unlike
various competitors, we consider our designs to be art - each one is
100% original and reflective of its user. We never create the
same exact look twice and your accessory -or anything like it- won't

How did
you determine the Ting Bling prices? |

We get approached constantly by girls
who have attempted the do-it-yourself method. While
they’ve done a mediocre job, they’re unsatisfied with their
overall design and in many cases have damaged their phones.
First of all, don’t be misled by the craft stores that label
any crystals they may carry as “Austrian.” Although the
crystals may be Austrian in origin, this does not mean that they are Swarovski. At
Ting Bling we only feature Swarovski crystals in our designs. As
anyone in the industry may know, Swarovski crystals are clearly the
best in quality and beauty – nothing compares to their brilliance.
The imitation crystals that many girls choose end up looking foggy
and consequently make their phones look cheap and homemade. That’s
why any professional embellishment company will not be cheap in
price. Remember, there’s a difference between cheap and
affordable. At Ting Bling, we far outshine our competitors in
quality and in price. There’s no need to pay what Paris
paid ($500,000 – yikes!) or even upwards into the high hundreds.
Our prices are competitive and affordable, but we’re certainly not
cheap. The old adage that “you get what you pay for”
definitely
rings true to some extent. Having said that, our prices are
determined by what our distributors charge us plus the time involved
in your design. As it happens, your accessory is given 100%
attention during the design process, which can last anywhere from
five to seven hours! (a double-sided Sidekick can take up to
16 hours to design!) Each crystal is hand-placed one at a time and
is carefully removed of glue residue. We certainly don’t just sit
around munching on Cheetos watching a re-run or two of Seinfeld
while we create; your design is our
priority and we focus solely on that. |

has Bluetooth technology. Will the jewelry affect its
performance? |

Not at all!
If your communication device has any extra technology (i.e.,
Bluetooth), please let us know and we will work around the
sensors. |

I live
outside of Arizona. How can I get my phone Ting-Blinged?
If you live out-of-state, it's no problem at all! We get
clients all the time who live far away. Here is how we do it:
Customers contact us at a Ting Bling Retailer (ex:
Bullies in a China Shoppe Decor) via phone at which time you
discuss design options, color schemes, charms, crystals,
etc... During that phone call you would reserve a "design
date" (Ex: Sept 5th). Ting Bling will fax you a
contract to sign, and you must first agree to terms and
conditions before we will begin your blinging. Once the
contract is signed, your $100 non-refundable deposit will be
secured via your credit card (at this time your place in line
is "locked" as well). Then, you would mail your phone to Ting Bling any way you wish
(Fed-Ex, or snail mail...it's up to you) just as long as it
gets to us by Sept 5th. When we receive your phone, it will
only take 48 hours to design your Ting Bling. Then, we
contact you via phone and payment in full is required via
Paypal. After that, we send your device back to you!
(When we ship your phone back during summer months we include a cold pack to
ensure that no extreme heat affects the design adhesive.
We also choose Fed-Ex for the return shipping to ensure that
your phone isn't sitting too long on a hot runway somewhere or
in warehouses for extended periods of time.) Our
customers are responsible for shipping and handling in both
directions, and the return shipping/handling charge will be
figured into your final price. It's very easy and you
won't be without your phone any longer than you need to be!

blinged-out look but it's just not in my budget to afford a
total bling-out. Do you have any other design options
available?

We understand that the Total
Bling isn't everyone's cup of tea. Some of our customers
prefer a more conservative look (are you a business
professional? Maybe your office wouldn't smile upon the
glitz and glam of blinding Swarovski bliss...?). We are
always happy to accommodate, and more importantly, we are
always flexible! Whether you just want a few scattered
flowers or a "partial bling" around your camera screen we're
here to serve you! If you've got an idea, then present
it to us! If you're not quite sure about your vision,
we'd be glad to make some suggestions and work with you to
create your fantasy phone. Just let us know what your
thoughts are and we'll prepare a fair quote for you. At
